Summary Explanation/Background:
The licensee will provide instruction in ocean awareness and surfing fundamentals to children ages 5-16 at North Ocean Park. The term of the contract shall be for one year. In the event the City determines the Licensee to be in full compliance with the agreement the agreement may be renewed for an additional two periods of one-year each upon written consent of both parties. Licensee will pay the City a fee of $4,125 as compensation for the use of the City’s property and services.
