The property owner, 201 Southwest 12 Ave., Inc., is requesting a plat approval for the subject property located at 201 S. Andrews Ave, which lies on the west side of Andrews, south of SW 2nd Street. The site area includes 0.7 of an acre and is currently vacant. The proposed plat will restrict the property to a maximum of 9,700 square feet of office use and 2,600 square feet of warehouse use. A conceptual site plan was submitted reflecting the site plan reviewed at the July 19, 2023 DRC meeting. This proposed plat was unanimously recommended for approval at the July 24, 2024 P&Z meeting, with one condition required prior to City Commission placement (see attached Minutes and P&Z Memo 24-028). The condition has been met.
