summary

Summary Explanation/Background:

City Commission approved the grant through resolution number 2020-115 that was passed and adopted on January 28, 2020. The project for which this grant funding is to be utilized experienced delays attributed to COVID-19.    The current agreement will expire on June 30, 2021. In an effort to secure this funding source, we are requesting the approval and execution of amendment number one. The only changes are the deliverable due dates along with the term of the agreement. The term was extended by an additional year to provide us with adequate time for project completion, which is June 30, 2022
