Resolution approving an amendment to the City's FY 2024-2027 Local Housing Assistance Plan (LHAP) to incorporate the required manufactured housing compliance provisions and authorize submission of the amended LHAP to the Florida Housing Finance Corporation (FHFC).
On June 26, 2026, Governor Ron DeSantis signed Senate Bill 594 (SB 594) into law, effective July 1, 2026.
