Summary Explanation/Background:
This is a request to approve an agreement with Broward County in relation to a Non-Vehicular Access Line (NVAL) Amendment to allow ingress/egress and proper functionality of the fire station. The NVAL Amendment was approved administratively on April 8, 2020 (see attached) and approved by the County Commission on September 2020. In order to finalize approval of the NVAL amendment, the County requires this agreement be executed between the City and the County.
