Summary Explanation/Background:

This is the first amendment license agreement with Payless Swim LLC to operate a swim shop at the Pompano Beach Aquatics Center.  The original agreement was approved by Resolution 2021-53.  The parties have agreed to extend the original agreement for an additional five-year period, ending January 27, 2031, with increased monthly payments to the City from the vendor. Starting at $350 per month for the first year, $400 per month the second year, and $450 per month for the next 3 additional years.
