Summary Explanation/Background:
This third extension to ITB E-28-23 for mulch extends the term one (1) additional one-year period, until September 25, 2027. Products included in this ITB are mulch made of recycled wood dyed brown and red, and engineered wood fiber, delivered or installed. The City issued this ITB as the lead agency for the South Florida Governmental Purchasing Cooperative (Cooperative), on behalf of the City and twenty (20) other governmental agencies.
