Summary Explanation/Background:

The second amendment agreement provides for mutually agreed terms and conditions found in Exhibit A - Scope of Authorization and extends the term of the original agreement for one additional year.  Under the license agreement Living Water Surf School, LLC will provide instruction in ocean awareness and surfing fundamentals to children ages 5-16 at North Ocean Park.  The camp will be held from June 6 - August 19, 2022, with Living Water Surf School, LLC paying the City $4,125 as compensation for the use of North Ocean Park. Insurance will be provided prior to the start of the program.
