summary

Summary Explanation/Background:

The City is seeking to piggyback the agreement approved by the City of Coral Springs on November 2, 2023, under Solicitation No. 23-G-256P - Unattended Micro Market and Vending Machines. The agreement was executed for a three-year term, effective November 2, 2023, through November 1, 2026, with the option to renew for two additional periods.

City staff has determined that piggybacking Solicitation No. 23-G-256P - Unattended Micro Market and Vending Machines between the City of Coral Springs and Compass USA Group, Inc. is necessary for the procurement of unattended micro market and vending machine services and is the most economically advantageous method of obtaining the required materials, products, and services.

The term of the City’s agreement shall commence upon execution by both parties and expire on November 1, 2028.
