Summary Explanation/Background:

The Primary use of this property located at 138 N.E. 1st Street is for public parking and will continue to be instrumental during the continuing development of the area, including providing for adequate public parking during Old Town Untapped and the Green Market.  This new agreement will replace the City’s current agreement.  This area will provide for an additional 126 parking spaces while providing ample parking capacity for the Church and associated Day Care located on site.
