Due to the overwhelming popularity of pickleball, it is recommended to revise the existing CIP to include a new project, “Pickleball Court Renovations”, which consists of adding five courts adjacent to the existing seven courts at Community Park.

Fiscal impact and source of funding: $250,000 from General Fund fund balance with the attached budget adjustment.
