The license agreement with Federal League, Inc. is to provide an adult baseball league. The Licensee shall use the city’s athletic fields located at Community Park within the first three weeks of April to the last three weeks of October to conduct an adult baseball league. The Licensee shall pay the City a fee of seventy-two dollars ($72) for each game of the season, including playoffs for the first initial year. For each additional season, the licensee shall pay the City a fee of ninety dollars ($90) for each game of the season, including playoffs, which shall cover all required maintenance. The term of the agreement is for three years. If the City determines the licensee is in full compliance with the agreement and Licensee’s performance to be satisfactory, then the City, with City Commission approval, shall have the option to renew the agreement for an additional two periods of one year each upon written consent of both parties.
