The Applicant, James McLaughlin, of McLaughlin Engineering, Inc., on behalf of Nat Jack, LLC., is requesting a plat approval for the subject property located on the north side of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd, west of Powerline Road. The site area includes 3.52 acres and is currently vacant. The proposed plat will restrict the property to a maximum building area of 20,000 square feet of commercial use and 45,000 square feet of industrial use. A Site Plan for the project (which is attached to the P&Z Report in the backup) was approved on October 23, 2019. This proposed plat was unanimously recommended for approval at the June 3, 2020 P&Z meeting, with three conditions required prior to City Commission placement (see attached Draft Minutes and P&Z Memo). The three conditions have been met.
