Summary Explanation/Background:
This development project includes a private wastewater pumping station which connects to a private 4-inch diameter wastewater force main. This private force main is required to be installed within the public right-of-way in order to connect to the City’s wastewater system. As such, the attached Revocable License Agreement must be entered into between the City of Pompano Beach and Bref Andrew’s LLC for the purpose of them maintaining their private asset within the public right-of-way.
