Summary Explanation/Background:
Pursuant to the City Commission’s direction, each Charter Officer, reporting directly to the City Commission, will be evaluated annually based on the established hire/appointment date anniversary and a discussion and consideration item will be placed on the Commission’s agenda.
The annual performance evaluation of Gregory P. Harrison, City Manager is due for review.  Staff has attached annual performance evaluation data for the City Manager for the City Commission’s review.
