Summary Explanation/Background:
This is a City-initiated request by Ann Duveaux of Keith, Inc., on behalf of the City of Pompano Beach requesting the approval of a Resolution for an agreement between the City and Broward County. The agreement is required by Broward County since a Plat Note Amendment was administratively-approved and it involved City-owned property. The City administratively approved this plat note amendment on May 12, 2022 (see attached) in accordance with the procedural requirements of Section 155.2410.G.1 Minor Deviations. The plat note amendment was to accommodate the construction of 3 single family homes for the OHUI Department. The property is located at 610, 620 and 630 NW 10th Street. The vacant parcels were included on the Mt. Calvary P.B. 147, P. 25. Staff recommends approval of this Resolution.
