The Architectural Appearance Committee Membership: Tobi Aycock (Registered Building Contr. District 3); Robert Zbikowski (Real Est. Appr.- District 1), John Pancoast (Landscape Arch. - District 1), Joby L. Balint (Arch. - District 1), Salah Elroweny (Landscape Arch. - District 3), Ray Lubomski (Civil Eng. - District 3 /Alt. #1) and Walter Syrek (Registered Arch. - District 2 /Alt.#2).

Pursuant to the enabling Ordinance, three (3) members shall initially serve for a one-year term and two members shall serve for a two-year term. After the initial term, all members will serve for a term of two years. There are also special requirements imposed for membership on the Committee. The enabling Ordinance also requires that at least two members of the Committee shall be a Florida registered architect and at least one other member shall be a Florida registered landscape architect.
