Invitation to Bid (ITB) ITB25-060 was issued to obtain bids from qualified contractors for the construction project within the area of the Hillsboro Marina (Hillsboro Inlet Fishing Center) and Roy Rogers Park (formerly known as Hillsboro Inlet Park).  This project entails providing all labor, equipment, tools, and materials necessary for the seawall and dock improvement project.  Bid award is recommended to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, B&M Marine Construction, Inc., at a cost of $5,814,389.00, where $2,179,625.00 will be funded from Florida Inland Navigation District Grant.

The sample Construction Agreement advertised in the solicitation will be completed with the details of lowest responsive responsible bidder with no material deviations.
