summary

Summary Explanation/Background:

The City's Wastewater cured in place pipe rehabilitation program is a cost-effective maintenance that prolongs the beneficial life of the sanitary sewer collection system.  The cured in place pipe process is trenchless which results to little construction impact to the community. The lining provides an inner structural protective seal upon existing sewer collection pipe which deters infiltration and exfiltration of the system and improves upon water quality.
