Summary Explanation/Background:

The City of Pompano Beach wishes to enter into a Parking License Agreement with Florida International Parking System, LLC to provide valet services in Old Town for South Bar and Kitchen located at 165 NE 1st Avenue.

Florida International Parking System has applied for and received a Business Tax Receipt from the City along with appropriate Certificate of Insurance naming the City as additionally insured. Additionally, Florida International Parking System has submitted proper application for valet services with the City and has satisfied all appropriate application fees.

In consideration for the use of City parking spaces Florida International Parking System will pay the City a sum of $25 per space each month.   It is expected that a minimum of 24 spaces will be utilized to valet/store the vehicles in the Cyan lot (See Exhibits A/B) to the east of the restaurant, with 2 spaces on NE 1st Avenue being utilized for ramping of the vehicles to be valeted.
