The attached shared common docking area agreement is required per Section 151.03 (I) “Structures in Waterways”, of the Pompano Beach Code of Ordinances when two or more lots share a common docking area and there is proposed plans as it relates to the placement of any structure within common docking area. The property owners have reviewed the proposed plans (attached Exhibit A) and have approved them.
