Summary Explanation/Background:

The agreement is between the City and South Florida Water Polo Foundation, Inc. to utilize the Aquatic Center to provide multiple water programs for both adults and youth ages five to seventeen.  The agreement is for a term of three years beginning July 2, 2023 and ending July 1, 2026.  The agreement has a renewal option of an additional two period of one year upon written consent of both parties.  The Licensee shall pay the City one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) monthly for the usage of space for both the youth and adult programs.
