The agent, Elizabeth Tsouroukdissian of Pulice Land Surveyors, Inc., representing the owner of the property, 499 Ocean Blvd., LLC., is requesting approval of the LEASEFLORIDA Plat for property located on the southwest corner of NE 5th Street and N.
