Summary Explanation/Background:

The agreement is a Reciprocal Use Agreement between the City and the School Board of Broward County to enter into a partnership for the joint use of facilities.  The City and the School Board of Broward County have had a reciprocal use agreement in effect since 2005.  A list of facilities for the City appears as Exhibit A and the list of School Board facilities appears as Exhibit B.  The term of the agreement is for a period of five years commencing on July 19, 2025.  The School Board of Broward County will adopt the agreement at their June School Board meeting.
