Summary Explanation/Background:

Property owner residing at 1727 NE 39th St currently has a existing private fence encroaching within City’s right-of-way.  In order for fence to not have to be relocated, the attached revocable license agreement is required to be entered into with City.  The fence is not conflicting with any City infrastructure and poses no visibility obstructions to motorists.
