Summary Explanation/Background:
This is an amendment to Resolution 2021-09; Public Transportation Grant Agreement for Airport Security Gate Enhancement. This project was determined necessary by the Statewide General Aviation Airport Security Assessments conducted by the FDOT. This amendment is to accept additional grant funds to cover the increased cost of the project.
Origin of request for this action: Airpark/Public Works
Fiscal impact and source of funding: Florida Department of Transportation grant will increase by $200,000. The City’s required match will increase by $50,000 from funds budgeted in account 465-7685-542.65-03
