This resolution authorizes the City to enter into License Agreement No. 13214 with South Florida Technical College Preparatory, Inc. for the use of the City's vacant athletic field located at 212 NW 16 Street for football practice activities.
The term of the agreement shall commence upon execution by both parties and expire on October 31, 2026.
The Licensee shall be permitted to conduct football practices only, free of charge, Monday through Friday, for a maximum of two (2) hours per day at the approved athletic field. The Licensee shall be responsible for payment of all applicable fees associated with the use of City athletic fields for any football games.
