Summary Explanation/Background:
The amendment is to Section 33.076 Members, which modifies the language for Parks and Recreation Advisory Board Members. At the March 16, 2022, Parks and Recreation Advisory Board Meeting the Board Members made the motion, with all members voting to insert language to Section 33.076 of the City’s Code of Ordinance. The Board felt it was appropriate to have the same language for Board Members, just as Alternate Members as noted in section (C).
