Summary Explanation/Background:

The Contractor will perform landscape maintenance services on Atlantic Boulevard and Dixie Highway as depicted in the attached proposal. Services will include mowing, trimming, weed control, tree trimming, fertilizing, irrigation maintenance, pest control and other related services. Landscape maintenance will be provided to the area every week, except Christmas. Additionally, the Contractor has proposed providing the following at no cost to the City: installation of 4,000 flowers per year, replacing up to 200 plants per year, and replacing up to 100 damaged irrigation heads.
