2. Revise the narrative to include a complete description of the intended use of the property. Is the building used for boat storage or purely for boat sales? Floor plan is labeled as showroom, which suggests sales. Will any boat storage occur outdoors? How is the marina operated (private boat storage, sales, rental, same operator as showroom facility)? Please detail all operations.
3. Plat application in process: PZ 25-14000012.
Provide a Broward County recorded copy of the plat prior to building permit approval.
4. No additional dedications are required for Federal Hwy
