summary

Summary Explanation/Background:

We have identified United Public Safety (UpSafety) as the most highly regarded and resilient enforcement system on the market today. The system is currently being used across the country and all references provided recommended UpSafety as a reliable and flexible system, easily adapted to each parking enforcement platform.

UpSafety uses high resolution Autovu Mobile License Plate reading technology (LPR)  which will capture clear license plate reads with a picture of this to appear on the parking citation.

UpSafety provides 24/7 customer service and communicate all scofflaw violations to the state of Florida. The system will also allow for permit tracking through the LPR system. The system will auto-generate all monthly collections letters which is currently a manual process.
