Summary Explanation/Background:

The property owner, QCM INC., is requesting a plat approval for the subject property located west of NW 28th Avenue on the north side of West Atlantic Blvd. The site area includes 0.67 of an acre and is currently vacant. The proposed plat will restrict the property to a maximum of 17,530 square feet of commercial use. A conceptual site plan has been provided that the applicant intends to submit for city review soon. This proposed plat was unanimously recommended for approval at the July 24, 2024 P&Z meeting, with one condition required prior to City Commission consideration (see attached Minutes and P&Z Memo 24-027). The condition has been met.
