Summary Explanation/Background:

This agreement is to extend the current agreement with Creative City Collaborative of Pompano Beach, Inc. (CCCPB) for 90 days to December 31, 2016 for $563,188.00. This extension is requested due to continued agreement negotiations to include the new Cultural Center, which is scheduled to open in 2017. During this extension period, all submittals for payment from CCCPB will be reviewed for reasonableness and supported by necessary backup documentation.
