Summary Explanation/Background:

A Shared Parking Agreement was adopted via Resolution# 2005-268 and recorded with Broward County Records in 2005 for 1100 NW 15 AV and 1010 NW 15 AV. The agreement was entered into at the time due to improvements proposed on the north parcel (1100 NW 15 AV) that required additional parking, which was to be provided on the south parcel (1010 NW 15 AV). Since then, the owner of the 1100 NW 15 AV property has obtained a new site plan approval under PZ# 14-12000009, which has an active development order, and does not rely on the 1010 NW 15 AV property for additional parking. The 1010 property has a recently-approved permit under BP# 16-6202 for the site and landscaping.  As such, the property owners wish to terminate the original agreement.
