Summary Explanation/Background:

Section 151.03 (H) “Structures in Waterways” of the Pompano Beach Code of Ordinances requires that in order for adjacent property owners to construct docks within five feet of extended property line, the affected abutting property owners shall enter into an agreement with City.  The attached agreement is between Ivan and Darlene Milo, and Geno Roefaro, and the City of Pompano Beach for proposed docking improvements within the five-foot setbacks.
