Summary Explanation/Background:
The following represents a Miscellaneous Appropriations Agreement with Children's Harbor, Inc. that will be in effect for fiscal year 2017. The Agreement will provide financial and programmatic accountability for the expenditure of City funds. The Agreement is for a period of one (1) year and the funding level of $1,000 was approved on September 19, 2016 with the adoption of the FY 2017 budget.
Children's Harbor, Inc. provides therapeutic services to children and families in crisis, a safe and nurturing environment for children in foster care, and advocacy within the child welfare system. The number of Pompano residents proposed to be served is 30.
