Summary Explanation/Background:
In accordance with 287.055 Florida Statutes Consultant's Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), the City of Pompano Beach (City) jointly issued RLI 26-002 entitled "Continuing Contract for Architectural Services" on behalf of both the City and CRA to establish continuing contracts for professional architectural services on an as-needed basis, utilizing work authorizations, for projects with construction costs that will not exceed seven million five hundred thousand dollars ($7,500,000.00), and for any study activity fees that shall not exceed five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00) as of July 1, 2024 and as adjusted each July 1 thereafter, using the change in the June-to-June Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers issued by the Bureau of Labor Statistics of the United States Department of Labor. The current continuing contracts for Architectural Services will expire June 2026.
The Selection/Evaluation Committee recommended entering into contracts with the top five (5) ranked firms listed below.
