Summary Explanation/Background:
Amendment #4 to the ILA with Broward County to provide Community Bus Shuttle Service is necessary to incorporate changes to Exhibits A and D in the agreement. Exhibit A is being revised to include changes to the Shuttles’ routes, maps, and schedules. In particular, the orange route has been revised to include a new stop in Leisureville, as Broward County Transit’s Shared-ride “Tops” program ceased serving this neighborhood. Exhibit D is revised to include the new shuttle buses that were placed into service with the new contract awarded to Limousines of South Florida Inc. (LSF) in July 2025. There is no cost to the City with this ILA amendment.
