Summary Explanation/Background:

The agreement is to terminate the agreement between Broward County and the City adopted via Resolution 2018-114 on March 27, 2018, for $58,000 in Park Bond Program Grant funds to assist in funding playground equipment at McNair Park.

The City will be entering into a Park Bond Program Grant Agreement with Broward County to reassign the $58,000 in grant funds to finance playground equipment and shade canopy at Novelty Park.
