Summary Explanation/Background:
The purpose of this amendment to the Agreement between the City and Broward County for the installation and maintenance of bus shelters is to revise Exhibit A of the Agreement which itemizes the included bus shelters. The number of shelters funded/installed by Broward County and maintained by the City increases from 91 to 116. All other terms and conditions in the agreement remain unchanged.
