Summary Explanation/Background:

On February 23, 2026 the City, released RFP 26-011 for Parking Management Services. The City received eight responses from parking operators across the country.

On March 2nd City staff ranked One Parking as the most responsible and responsive bidder and the highest ranked firm.

This agreement will allow One Parking to provide parking operations management services to the City for parking enforcement of its on-street and surface lot parking spaces and the Pier Parking Garage.
