Summary Explanation/Background:
The term of the agreement is for one year, with the option to renew the agreement for an additional two periods of one year upon the written consent of both parties. Under the license agreement Hola Mundo!, LLC will provide a bilingual outdoor summer camp for youth, ages
4 - 13, at the main public beach. The camp will be held from June 12 - August 4, 2023, with Hola Mundo!, LLC paying the City $3,000 as compensation for the use of the main public beach.
