2. Plat approved by City, pending County approval/recordation, prior to building permit issuance.
3. Broward County Trafficways Plan requires a minimum of 110 feet on Andrews Avenue; the survey indicates that there is approximately 60 feet to the center line of the road & thus no additional dedications are required.
4. The city has sufficient capacity to accommodate the proposal.

1. Landscape island at parking area must be measured from the interior side of the curbing. It must be 8 feet wide minimum.
2. If the decorative element on the rooftop of the stairway is used for advertisement or has a logo of the company it will be considered a sign. A separate building permit and approval will be needed. See Chapter 156 of the Code.
