Summary Explanation/Background:

Staff is requesting a resolution of the City Commission to enter into an agreement with Optimus Solar, LLC using the Piggyback Agreement #12287. The agreement will allow for piggybacking off of Contract 042221-CPI between Sourcewell and Chargepoint, in order to procure and install the necessary materials, components and/or services in a timely and efficient manner. At the completion of the project, infrastructure for six (6) dual charging stations will be fully functional; providing recharging capability for (10) fleet and (2) commercial vehicles using Chargepoint’s onboard software application system.
