Utilities request City Commission approval to accept a utility easement conveyance agreement between the City of Pompano Beach and DR Horton, Inc.

 
The easement conveyance encroaches upon several locations of the Hunter’s Manor Community development project located at 1851 NW 21 Street, Pompano Beach. The easements allow for water meter and sanitary sewer manhole structure access and protection.
