Summary Explanation/Background:
Notwithstanding the language contained within the Collective Bargaining Agreement, and the Union’s Summary prior to ratification, and that the recently approved Ordinance indicated the subject Share Plan was no longer being funded, inquiries from membership were still being received. Thus a specific statement providing termination language to now amend same will provide further clarity to the status.
