Summary Explanation/Background:

The City of Pompano Beach will need to renew its License Agreement with T.E.M.P. for exterior wall space used for a mural located at 135 NE 1st Avenue, Pompano Beach, FL.

The original License Agreement was entered into on October 28, 2016. The Agreement was for seven (7) years and expired on October 20, 2023. The City would like to renew the Agreement for an additional ten (10) years.
