During discussion of Item #12 (26-270 P.H. 2026-34) at the City Commission meeting of April 14, 2026, questions were raised as to whether Northwest Community Redevelopment Agency Tax Increment funds could be utilized to pay for the public use of existing parking spaces located within the First Baptist Church of Pompano Beach’s parking lot instead of using the City’s Parking Enterprise Fund as originally contemplated. The item before the CRA Board is to discuss this alternative.
