summary

Summary Explanation/Background:

The City of Pompano Beach wishes to enter into a Parking License Agreement for the property located on the Northwest corner of A1A and Se 4th Street in Pompano Beach, Broward County Appraiser Folio 4943 06 06 0890 and 49306060880. The property is owned by Bharat and Girish Patel. The City intends to charge a parking fee to the public for the parking spaces contained within this lot with the following considerations. The City will enforce parking within the entire lot consisting of approximately 32 parking spaces. For this consideration the City agrees to pay Bharat and Girish Patel a 50/50 revenue split of all net revenues generated monthly. There will be no permanent improvements to this lot and payment from the parking public will be accomplished via our current parking app providers Passport Parking and Pay By Phone with an appropriate number of clearly visible signs at the entrance to the parking lot.
