Concession Agreement #1953 with Sandbar Snacks, Inc. is to provide beach kiosk concessions for a term of three (3) months. The City will receive $2,750 as rent monthly, concessionaire shall pay all taxes, during lease term for the kiosk premises. This agreement is being entered into while the city negotiates the new Beach Kiosk Concession Agreement and will allow for uninterrupted services at the beach kiosk concession as the current agreement expires on May 28.
